Hello! My name is Henry and I am a 5 ½ year old, happy and healthy black Lab mix who weighs 48 lbs. I’m house-trained, crate-trained, and I love to run in the yard and lay in the sun. I’ll need a fenced yard at my forever home. Some of my favorite things are People, other dogs, a head scratch and car rides. Unfortunately I don’t get along well with cats. I am pretty low energy in the house and am active outside. I have a typical Lab personality: your personal space is also mine! However, I do not get on furniture and will lay down near you. I don’t beg but have explored the counter – not to take food but just to satisfy my curiosity. I don’t make much noise and rarely bark. I am learning to play with toys and balls and I love bones. I am working on commands like sit, stay, and my leash skills. I am very smart and a quick learner so these skills won’t take long for me to master. Bottom line is I am looking for my forever family to love me as much as I will love them. Are you are looking for a beautiful and loyal new addition to the family? Please consider me!
