Princess
We adopted Princess in the fall of 2006 when she was a year and a half. She had the most personality in a dog I have ever seen. She loved to go swimming, and did so whenever we took her to my grandparents’ house, The first place she always ran to was their pool. She would dive headfirst into the water, and even learned how to climb out using the ladder! Whenever it snowed, she was outside for hours. She would stick her head down as far as she could in the snow and try to eat it all. She was also just such a sweetie. She was always the life of the party; everyone would always ask if they could see her or if we could bring her over to them. She was a lover, and she provided so much love to our family. On May 29th, 2015, we were all out in our backyard throwing her tennis ball when she suffered from Pharyngeal Paralysis, meaning her throat closed up as she was chasing the ball. She passed away in our car on our way to the pet emergency clinic. We miss her so much, but are thankful she was a part of lives and brought us an abundance of joy for so many years. — Morgan B.
