Teddy Bear is a 2 ½ yr. old, 64 lb. chocolate Lab mix (mostly Lab) who is looking for a forever home. He has been neutered, his shots are up to date and he is on heartworm/flea preventative. His owners are moving and sadly can’t take Teddy Bear with them. Teddy has been to ‘puppy school’ and did pretty well. He walks nicely on a gentle leader harness. He loves to play with other dogs, and in fact would do best in a home with at least one other dog. He also loves to snuggle with his foster family – and would sleep on their bed if allowed! He is housetrained and has shown lovely house manners, including being able to be alone for short periods. Teddy loves to retrieve a tennis ball and will keep going until he wears his foster’s arm out! He is very energetic so would be best with children 8 years old or older. Cats are an unknown, but he may chase them. Teddy will make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a nice, friendly Lab. He is being fostered in Brazil, IN, about 1 hour west of Indianapolis.
