Junior is a yellow Lab who was rescued along with his friend, Buddy. Junior is approximately 110+ lbs. and estimated to be about 8 years old. All we know about Junior’s history is that most recently had lived in a garage. Junior is super sweet and loves to be with family. He’s pretty laid back, does well with dogs, cats and people. He has been working on house manners and is doing well. He is confined at night and when his foster family is gone during the day. Junior would do well in a home with a family with older children and if not able to be adopted with his friend, Buddy, he would love being in a home with another dog. Junior is currently receiving heartworm treatment and should be ready for adoption in mid-March. Fortunately CILRA is able to fund his heartworm treatment and he’s expected to make a full recovery. Junior is being fostered on the south side of Indianapolis, IN.
