Double your pleasure, double your joy with this great-looking mother and son duo! These two Labs are a bonded pair who need to be placed together.

Harper is a 6 year-old female chocolate Lab, and her offspring is Ace, a 3 year-old male black Lab. They were well-loved by their owner who sadly passed away. They were outside dogs, living on a small farm with their owner, but have easily transitioned to being inside dogs — and they’re loving it. They are both good with cats, other dogs, horses, goats, and cows. They have not been around children, but from all indications they would be fine with older children (toddlers might be knocked down; these are big Labbies!). Ace weighs 80 lbs. and Harper weighs 90 lbs. (she’s on a diet right now, as her ideal weight should be about 75 lbs.).
These beauties are house-trained, crate-trained, walk well on a leash, and don’t jump up on people. They are also familiar with an invisible fence containment system. They are current on all vaccinations, neutered & spayed.

Harper and Ace have wonderful dispositions, and they thrive on affection. Ace loves to run and get exercise, while Harper would be happy taking a nice walk or sitting by your side. They are comfortable indoors and out and, like most Labs, they love the water. Car rides are a favorite outing; they readily jump in when the car door is opened. This sweet mother and son combo are currently located near Louisville, KY.

Adopting a Lab can be a wonderful experience. Your new dog will need lots of love, adequate exercise and attention. Keep in mind that dog ownership may include additional costs for training, grooming, and health care beyond annual vaccines and monthly preventatives. It’s a lifetime commitment!
